SPOTLIGHT INTERVIEW
Q: How long have you been writing? How long have you been published? What genre do you write?
A: Published as a Contemporary Romance author for 5 years
Q: Are you a full time author? Or, do you have another "day job?" If you have another job, what is it, if you don't mind? Â Â Â Â
A: I work in Accounts Payable, but have the goal to be a full time author soon!
Q: What kind of books do you like to read? Who's your favorite author?
A: I love anything written by Tami Hoag, James Patterson, and Marie Force. I enjoy reading thriller/mystery and romance.
Q: What book or books would you recommend to everyone?
A: I recommend Water for Elephants and The Help. Both of these books are my all time favorites!
Q: When you were 5 (really young) what did you want to be when you grew up? How about as a teenager?
A: When I was 5, I wanted to be a nurse. When I was a teenager, I wanted to be a Paramedic. I became a Paramedic in 2012 and worked as one for 4 years.
Q: Any hobbies, passions, or obsessions? Â Â Â Â Â
A: My biggest obsession is planners, pens, and any other kind of office supplies my eyes land on.
Q: Top two Bucket List items? Â Â Â Â
A: Become a full time author and fly on a plane.
Q: If we were to ask family/friends what is your biggest quirk, what would they say? Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
A: That I love scary stuff, but I'm easily startled! (Just asked a friend and this is what she said. It's true!!)

A: Depends on the day!

Q: Would you like to tell us about your family? Kids, spouse, Significant Other, siblings, parents, etc? Â Â Â Â Â A: I'm the only child and have an amazing relationship with my parents. They are my main support system when it comes to anything I do and I can always count on them to encourage me not to give up when things aren't going as planned. I also have a wonderful boyfriend. We've been together for almost 12 years and without his patience and understanding of my author business, I don't know where I'd be since he helps cook supper and clean as needed! Together we have an almost 12 year daughter who is my mini me and my little cheerleader. She offers me plenty of high fives and encouragement along the way. I cherish family and put it above all else. Without their unconditional love and support, I would be lost.
